Elizabeth O. Williams

Elizabeth Osborne Williams is a 2002 graduate of the University of Georgia earning her B.B.A. degree in marketing. She received her Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama in 2005 and was admitted to the Georgia Bar that same year. She is authorized to practice law in the State and Superior Courts of Georgia as well as the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court and the United States District Court.

Mrs. Williams practice focuses on the areas of commercial and residential real estate as well as probate proceedings. However, she does occasionally handle other matters for the firm.

She is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Paulding County Bar Association and recognizes the importance of being active in her community as well. Mrs. Williams currently serves on the Steering Committee for the Paulding County Relay for Life, is a member of the Paulding County Civitan Club, serves as Vice Chairman for the Paulding County Boys and Girls Club, and is a board member of the United Way and Helping Hands.

Mrs. Williams is the daughter of Judge James R. Osborne and local attorney Carol S. Osborne. She is a Paulding County native, having graduated from East Paulding High School in 1999 and is a fourth generation attorney. Ms. Williams resides in the county with her husband, Thomas. They attend Providence Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Williams joined the firm in 2006.
