The law firm of Talley, Richardson & Cable, P.A. is engaged in the general practice of law. The firm currently has nine attorneys who are active in both civil and criminal litigation and appear in all state and federal courts. The firm handles personal injury cases of all descriptions, worker's compensation, incorporation and other corporate and business matters, domestic relations, and criminal and civil cases. In addition, the firm prepares wills and handles other estate and probate matters.

Talley, Richardson & Cable, P.A. also has an extensive real estate practice, handling all types of real estate law, including title searches and loan closings. The firm issues title insurance policies through five title companies.

Our attorneys serve as "County Attorney" for Paulding County and "School Board Attorney" for the Paulding County School District. The firm represents Regions Bank of Paulding County, Community Trust Bank, Georgia Heritage Bank and Westside Bank, as well as numerous mortgage companies and title insurance companies.
