Meredith A. Cole
Meredith Allred Cole is a graduate of Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, North Carolina (BA History 2002; JD 2005). She is a native of Apex, North Carolina. Mrs. Cole works in the litigation section of the firm. Mrs. Cole works extensively with the Paulding County School District and Paulding County.
Mrs. Cole helps the Paulding County School District implement and follow federal and state laws regarding the education of children with special needs. She works with the School District's human resources department to resolve labor and employment issues. In addition to her work with the School District, Mrs. Cole does estate and probate work and handles many other general litigation matters.
Mrs. Cole is admitted to practice in the Superior Courts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Paulding County Bar Association.
Locally, Mrs. Cole is a member of the Rotary Club of Dallas and the West Cobb Business Association. She also serves as an advisory member of the Board of Directors for the Paulding Child Advocacy Center. Mrs. Cole is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Paulding Education Foundation, which is dedicated to supporting the Paulding County School District.
Mrs. Cole lives in Hiram with her husband, David, who is also an attorney. They attend Lost Mountain Baptist Church. Mrs. Cole has been with the firm since 2005.
